Military Discount Registration
You must register to be eligible for the Military Buyer Rebate or the Military Seller Discount programs.
Buyer - *Rebate is available only to buyers who close escrow/proceed to final settlement with Jo Soss, licensed real estate salesperson with Skyline Properties, Inc. acting as their sole and exclusive agent in the purchase of real estate. The rebate is twenty percent (20%) of the cooperating broker commission actually received by Skyline Properties, Inc. at the close of escrow/settlement for representing the buyer. (This commission is usually between 2.5% and 3% of the final sales price) Offer can not be combined with any other offer. Restrictions may apply. Please ask for details. This equals more than the USAA or the Navy Federal buyer rebate plans. Those rebates really are not coming from the lender but from the real estate agents that have agreed to give up part of their commission to be a member of said plan. So don't feel if you use either one for your mortgage that you have to use "their" agents. My plan puts more money in your pocket at closing.
